What it does

ship.md watches your folders so moving a file (via Finder drag & drop, mv/cp/rsync, or an agent) triggers real-world courier/fulfillment API calls and writes a JSON audit log. It uses a per-folder ship.md markdown manifest to define inventory, contacts/notifications, location context, and webhook/API details, and can be self-hosted (runs on your machine) with a dashboard for inventory/logs/config.
