What it does

Blanked is a job-search companion focused on the parts of hiring that job descriptions usually don’t reveal: whether employers respond, how long candidates wait, and what the interview process looks like in practice.

The site lets you browse verified live roles across job areas and locations and view the hiring context alongside the official listing. For each role, you can see the pay (when advertised) and the interview steps the company publishes, then compare that against candidate-reported outcomes—such as whether candidates heard back and how long it took.

Blanked also offers employer comparisons and rankings that aggregate candidate reports across roles in different industries (including retail, finance, healthcare, and tech). These views are designed to help candidates understand which employers tend to give clear answers versus leaving people waiting, including after interviews.

Contributing is anonymous and intentionally limited in scope: instead of a written review or public identity, contributors report what happened (reply or no reply), how long it has been, and—if they interviewed—the rounds and formats involved. Blanked states that public hiring-process information and candidate-reported outcomes are stored and presented separately, that percentages appear only after enough people have reported, and that sponsorship never affects candidate-reported results or rankings.

In practice, Blanked is for candidates who want to “stop applying blind” by comparing live job postings with real-world response patterns and interview steps, and for anyone who wants to share lightweight, structured outcome data to make hiring processes more visible to the next candidate who applies to the same employer or role type.

Public hiring-process information and candidate-reported outcomes are stored and presented separately. Percentages appear only after enough people have reported. No reports does not mean nobody replied. Sponsorship never affects candidate-reported results or rankings.
